Shipping Policy
The time for delivery is dependent on two stages:
Dispatch and QC - Order verification and quality check take place during this stage. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. This allows us to perform the necessary quality checks and prepare your Truck'r product box.
Shipping time - This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
Delivery times on average -
European Union: 4-7 working days
United Kingdom: 2-4 working days
We strive to deliver your order within the minimum time range as stated above. We are always working with our suppliers to make the shipping experience for our customers as smooth as possible and we endeavour to improve on the above shipping times in the future.
Insured shipping -
If an item is lost or damaged during transit or arrives in an unacceptable condition, we will send you a replacement item for free given sufficient evidence is provided. All our orders are placed with our suppliers in the order they are received, as such during busy times, the processing time might take 24 hours longer than usual. Please note shipping times vary by countries and we aim to deliver the highest quality products to our customers within the specified time frames.
Depending on the volume of orders received, some items may be delivered in multiple packages, we always endeavour to deliver your items in as few parcels as feasible to reduce our carbon footprint.
As soon as your order is received and processed, a tracking number will be available within the order status page. However, on some occasions, it takes a few days for the tracking number to update and show accurate status update. All orders can be tracked using the tracking number on https://www.17track.net/ or on the Royal Mail website (https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item)
Change requests & order info -
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us at hello@shoptruckr.com within 12 hours of placing your order. This will allow us sufficient time to revise our order with our supplier and avoid any delays in the process. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately no changes to the address or order details can be made, we will however provide you appropriate return/exchange options in line with our returns policy. We request all our customers to ensure they double-check the size and colour of their respective product to ensure complete satisfaction.
